Kenya, July 2-18, 2008 and July 11-August 2, 2008 (back-to-back teams). Help a school in Meru and visit Methodist ministries in Kenya. Opportunity for safari after the mission work. Romania – Global Hope, Vacation Bible School Team – June 14-28, 2008. This team will conduct a Vacation Bible School program for children 10 years old and younger. Global Hope operates three group homes in Arad, Romania for children who were initially in the Romanian state orphanage system but have since been permanently moved into our homes. Romania – Global Hope, Community Outreach Team – July 12-26, 2008. Serve alongside the Global Hope children as they minister to others within their local community of Arad, Romania. These previously abandoned children are now powerful witnesses of God’s love in the world. This team will serve in hospitals, elder care facilities, and other pockets of the community that are thirsting for love and hope. Contact: willjohnston@earthlink.net
Guatemala, August 29 - September 7, 2008. Medical Team. Team will mainly be performing hysterectomies and hernia repairs. General surgeons, anesthesiologists, Surgical Nurses or OR Techs (4-6), Anesthesia Technicians and Lab Technicians are needed.
